Wellbeing Meditation Group Kingston Upon Thames and New Malden
Weekly meditation meeting 18:30 every Thursday at Gilpin House, 14 Rodney Road, New Malden (tel: 079 3201 1848). The format is one hour of guided meditation, music and silence followed by talk and green tea for those that wish to stay.

This group is open to all schools of thought and meditation formats, and also for anyone willing to co-organise.
